Ingredients

  • 1 T black sesame seeds
  • 1 t white sesame seeds
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries or frozen mixed berries
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 cups water and more to blend

Instructions

  • Blend sesame seeds with the three cups of water until smooth before adding the other ingredients.
