Are you struggling with chronic infections? Have you gone three weeks or more without being able to beat a low grade cold? Or perhaps you are having recurrant infections. If this is the case you need to take some steps in your lifestyle so that you can detox, add herbs that will fight infections
Basic steps to get over a cold, flu, or Parasitic Infection
These are steps that will improve the functioning of the immune system of the immune system so that you may get over an infection.
3-4 drops oregano oil put in 1 T of coconut oil or olive oil 3 times a day : you want this to stay active in your system: 2 months (be careful to not take oregano oil plain as it will burn your mouth and esophogus. You can also put oregano oil in lemon juice.
Thyme tea: every night
Other Good Herbs:
GoldenSeal and Echinacea, both these herbs can be taken twice a day. Goldenseal helps to bolster the immune system and can be taken daily for several months. Echinacea, on the other hand, is good to fight and kill an infection you currently have.
Shiitake mushrooms: Fresh, place in sun for 3-4 hrs, then wash, then make a miso mushroom soup with wakame or dashi seaweed: Lunch or Dinner daily
Organic Chicken Broth or Soup: Lunch or Dinner Daily: this refers to broth you have made at home from organic chicken, no canned or boxed broth will do.
Amaranth Porridge: Breakfast daily (high in selenium and protein which your body needs)
Hot baths followed by oil massage, castor oil that has a small amount of essential oil such as frankensence (antibacterial properties) or lavender (also antibacterial and relaxing) or tea tree oil (antibacterial and antiviral). Massage the oil in an upward motion from feet to head, all motion to the heart. (This assists in lymphatic drainage)
Feet massages: 1 time a week, go to one of those Asian food spas, or find a youtube video on foot massage. You can also just massage any tight points on your own feet. Place your feet in a bowl of water with 1/4 c of apple cider vinegar to help cracks and after 30 minutes massage with castor oil and a few drops of tea tree oil. You can also put some drops of orange essential oil in the soaking water.
Lymphatic Drainage: morning and night: 10-20 minutes, focusing on head and neck. Look up YouTube videos. This includes doing Gua Shua or Facial massage where a great deal of lymph gets stagnant. This should open up your clearance pathways. You can also engage in rebound or jumping to get your lymph flowing, although if you are laid out in bed with an infection you may not have the energy for this.
Reduce Activity: 4 hours consecutive being in bed without work, just resting or pleasure reading, or “doing nothing” staring at trees and such. You can also do this outside.
Solfeggio Frequencies: 741 hz playing in background 2-4 hrs per day. Play when your in bed.
Rife Frequencies: Look up rife frequencies for bacterial infection on YouTube. 12-20 minutes during your resting time in bed. I particularly like the channel Good Vibes Binaural Beets for this.
Other good frequencies are 832 Hz rife frequencies which can destroy parasites on a cellular level. Although not frequently used, I have seen people saying 1150 hz destroys parasites, but this is not a typical Rife frequency and I cannot recommend or not recommend. The best practice with Rife or Solfeggio frequencies is to listen for 5-45 minutes and observe how you feel. There might be a moment where something opens up in your body or you suddenly have your mind cleared of fog, which is one of the first things to occur in case of an illness or poor health. Click HERE to read about all the specific Rife and Solfeggio Frequencies and the purposes of each specific frequency for both modalities.
Meditation: You should be doing this already for optimal health, but
Vitamin D Supplement and Sunshine: an expensive brand like Pure Encapsulations because most supplements are not true to the bottle. 1-2,000 IU should be taken. Sufficient dietary calcium is a must or more vitamin D is needed. This is far above the EAR, but the EAR is set to be sufficient for only 50% of the population. Do not take any higher levels of vitamin D in supplement form as too high intake of vitamin D (6,000 IU levels ranges, not 1,000 IU) can cause hypocalcemia, or too low levels of calcium. Hands down, sunshine is the most optimal source of vitamin D; because of the manner in which modern society exists, we are all deficient in vitamin D. Blood levels of vitamin D are exorbitantly higher in aboriginal people or people who spend the majority of their time outdoors, with a good deal of skin exposed.
Zinc Supplement or Pumpkin Seeds: For your body to utilize vitamin D, it must have enough zinc, otherwise the vitamin D receptors will not work. This is because these vitamin D receptors (zinc fingers) must have zinc bound to them in order to exert the actions of vitamin D on the body. Additionally, care should be taken if you are consuming too much iron from meat sources (heme, Fe2+, ferric iron). To high consumption of iron can interfere with the absorption of zinc, which can then reduce the utilization of vitamin D.
Specifically, zinc and iron engage in competitive interactions during intestinal absorption, particularly when iron intake exceeds that of zinc, although this typically becomes significant when the iron intake significantly exceeds that of zinc, often in ratios like 2:1 or 3:1 (iron: zinc). If this is the case then the absorption of zinc becomes limited (Grzeszczak et al., 2020).
