A crusty loaf of square bread rests on a wooden cutting board of a large size. The bread is dark brown, square, and crusty with many seeds and oats visible. Three slices are cut from the bread and stacked at an angle to the bread. A sweet arc of 3 inches is a rainbow of seeds, chia, oatmeal, sunflower seeds, and 2 lavender buds.A top view.

GF Baked Goods – Treats that Love

Premium gluten-free and organic baked goods transcend mere labels; they should prioritize nutrient balance. This encompasses not only the diversity of nutrients but also their quantity. Our approach involves using flours that boast higher nutrient density compared to conventional gluten-free alternatives. Each bread recipe, along with various other baked goods, is crafted with ingredients rich in complete proteins, akin to those found in chicken or eggs, albeit with reduced inflammatory potential. Additionally, we incorporate a variety of seeds and healthy fats into our recipes to enhance nutrient density, enriching the product with essential minerals, vitamins, and healthy fats. While this meticulous approach adds complexity to our baking process, it elevates our creations to the realm of true culinary artistry.

Furthermore, the spectrum of phytochemicals present in foods varies significantly, and as a society, we often gravitate towards certain food groups, limiting our exposure to these beneficial compounds. Recognizing the widespread deficiency in phytochemicals, our recipes are meticulously crafted with the aim of maximizing their incorporation. By prioritizing the integration of phytochemical-rich ingredients, we strive to enhance the overall quality of our products, providing nourishment not only for the body but also for the soul.

Carmen Cook is awesome. Her breath of wisdom is astounding. I was becoming an old woman and now my youth is restored. I have energy for my husband and kids after work.

Great service for consulting. I like how Carmen takes a middle of the road approaches and focuses on things outside the RDA requirements. I struggled with eating anything like my friends and felt awful all the time until she taught me easy ways to get my body working again. The dysbiosis I had is gone and I can not worry about needing the restroom…constantly. I had no idea my mood would improve so much. It was hard to be only 20 and suffering so much with my health. Now I know what to eat when I am with friends and how to feed myself easily on my own.

Such simple recipes. I hated cooking but wanted to feel better with more energy. Honestly I do not care what I eat as long as I am not in the kitchen, it is affordable, and I look good. My skin has completely cleared up….and my stomach has lost it’s pooch, without exercise. And I am not spending $30 on dinner at Whole Foods. I also look much younger…23 instead of 30…after just 6 months of her detoxes and diet changes. It was not easy, but the support she gave me on the way helped me be accountable and once I finished the detoxes, I realized it was not as hard as I thought it would be.
